You can also rearrange the toolbar.Move a toolbar
1. Right-click a toolbar. Lock the Toolbar menu and you can see it is selected, click Lock the Toolbar to unlock the toolbar.
With Internet Explorer toolbar shortcut menu, select Lock the Toolbar
2. Click on the dotted handle on the left side of the bar, and drag to where you want to put the toolbar.
