For window 7 and vista users :
1.Right-click on the window screen or dekstop
2.Click on the Personalize option .
3.In the Personalize appearance and sounds window , click on the Change desktop icons link on the left-hand side.
4.Uncheck the Recycle Bin box.
5.we are done.
For XP users :
1.Firstly we have to download a software.
2.Download Windows TweakUI.
3.Install Windows TweakUI
4.when you open TweakUI then click on the Desktop link coming on the left side.
5.In the Desktop section , uncheck the Recycle Bin box
6.Click Ok.
7.Recycle bin is gone.
